These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws. Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all goods and services supplied unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Legal Disclaimer & Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may not apply.
3. Custom Apparel Orders
All apparel supplied by us is custom-made to order and produced strictly in accordance with customer-approved specifications and proofs.
Before production begins, customers will be provided with a design proof for review and approval.
Approval of the design proof constitutes confirmation that:

All names, numbers, spelling, colours, logos, sizes, and design elements are correct

The customer accepts the final design exactly as approved
Once approval is given, responsibility for accuracy transfers to the customer, except where a manufacturing defect or failure to meet statutory guarantees is identified.
4. Proof Approval Responsibility
Upon approval of the design proof, we are not responsible for:

Spelling or typographical errors

Incorrect names or numbers

Colours, logos, or design elements as approved in the proof
Customers are solely responsible for carefully checking all details prior to approval.
5. Production & Changes
Once production has commenced:

No changes, cancellations, or amendments can be made

Orders cannot be stopped or altered
Production begins immediately after proof approval unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
As all apparel is custom-made:

Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted once production has commenced
A full refund will only be issued in the event of a major manufacturing fault, as determined at our sole discretion.
Where applicable under New Zealand consumer law, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
7. Manufacturing Faults
A manufacturing fault refers to defects in workmanship or materials that result in the product not matching the approved proof or failing to meet statutory guarantees.
Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish that are consistent with industry standards do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
10. Production Timeline
Production timelines are estimates only and begin once both payment and proof approval have been received.
Estimated production timeframes will be provided at the time of ordering but may vary due to:

Supplier availability

Material or stock delays

Force majeure events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
11. Delivery & Collection
Delivery timeframes are in addition to production timelines.
Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout or on the invoice.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery:

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third-party delivery providers

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information.
Local pickup, where available, must be collected within a reasonable timeframe once the order is ready.
