A legal disclaimer
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws. Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.
All custom apparel is produced strictly in accordance with customer-approved specifications and proofs. Once approval is given, responsibility for accuracy transfers to the customer, except where a manufacturing defect or failure to meet statutory guarantees is identified.
Refund Policy
All apparel is custom-made to order. Once production has commenced, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Prior to production, customers are provided with a design proof for approval. Approval of the proof confirms acceptance of all details.
Upon approval, we are not responsible for:

Spelling or typographical errors

Incorrect names or numbers

Colours, logos, or design elements approved in the proof
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
A full refund will only be issued in the event of a major manufacturing fault, at our sole discretion.
